LITS, eat ! Chocolate cake & Raspberry ganache


  • 200g of chocolate
  • 200g of butter
  • 175g flour
  • table spoon of baking powder
  • 200g of brown sugar
  • 200g of sugar
  • 25g of cacao

Mix everything and bake for about 1h at 160c.


  • 285g crème fraiche
  • 2 big spoon of sugar
  • 200g chocolate
  • 150g strawberry

cook the crème and the sugar into a frying pan, remove just before boiling and spread over the chocolate broken in small piece. Wait till it melts into a smooth texture. Add the crushed raspberries.

Once the cake has cooled down, cut it in half in the lengthwise, spread ganache in the middle before putting the top part back, spread the rest of the ganache over the cake. Put in the fridge for a while.
