Carrots, goat cheese & polenta gratin !

Unlike baking, when it comes to cooking diner or lunch i’m really not inspired so I try to find ideas on cooking blogs. Clea’s one is pretty awesome, that’s where I found this recepie:

  • 6 carrots
  • 50 g  of goat cheese (I put more cause i LOVE goat cheese)
  • 2 table spoon of creme fraiche
  • 3 glass of milk
  • 1 glass of Polenta
  • 2 eggs
Peel and cut the carrots and cook in water for 20 min. Then mix with the cream and the cheese.

Cook the milk and then add the polenta and cook again for 5 min (medium heat) don’t stop stiring.
Add some salt and herbs. Add the eggs one by one, pour into the dish and put in the oven (180c) for about 30 min.

I added some chicken we had left, and also cause I ‘m not sure älskling would survive a meal without meat.
