Chocolate fondant w/ white chocolate sauce & raspberries

  •  125 gr of butter
  • 125 gr of brown sugar
  • 100g of flour
  • baking powder
  • 15g cacao
  • 2 eggs
  • 75g of dark chocolate
  • 100g of white chocolate
  • 150ml of crème fraiche
  • 1/2 table spoon of vanilla extract

Mix the butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, cacao and the eggs in a bowl. Fill in 6 little molds.  Had 2 pieces of dark chocolate in each. Bake 18-20 min at 180c.  In the meantime melt the white chocolate with the crème fraiche and the vanilla (double boiled/bain-marie).
