Honey cupcakes with Cinnamon topping

  • 150g flour
  • 2 coffee spoon of baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 90g of butter
  • 50g of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 big spoon of honey
  • 17,5 cl of milk
  • 150g of icing sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 table spoon of cinnamon

Mix the baking powder, the flour and the salt.
Whisk the butter for a minute, add the sugar and the eggs. Mix until you get a consistent blending. Add the honey and the milk.
Add this to the flour mix.
Fill in moulds to 3/4.  Bake 15min at 180c.
TOPPING: whisk one egg white into “snow”, add a pinch of salt and slowly 150g of icing sugar and the cinnamon.
