LITS, eat ! Indivudal chocolate cakes with a Finnish twist !

  The recipe for the chocolate cake is actually a cupcake recipe. You will need:

  • 3 eggs
  • 175g of sugar
  • 115g of flour
  • 6 table spoons of cooca powder
  • 1,5 table spoon of baking powder
  • 1 table spoon of vanilla extract
  • 175g of butter
Heat up the oven 170c.
Mix together sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla.
Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder into a separate bowl, then add to the mix gradually.
Put in the oven for about 25min.
 For the white chocolate topping:
  • 150g white chocolate
  • 250g icing sugar
  • 80g butter
  • 25ml single cream
 Melt chocolate “bain marie”.
Sift icing sugar into a bowl and beat in the butter.
Add cream and chocolate and beat well.
Have fun with colorants and moomins biscuits and Enjoy !
