LITS, eat ! Salmon, goat cheese, nuts & rucola pie !

Pretty simple but soooo good !!

I had lots of salmon left over after Easter and decided to make a pie with goat cheese because I LOOOOOOOVE goat cheese. älskling suggested we added some nuts and rucola instead of spinach. It was delicious.

So we used:

– 200g of salmon
– 100 g of goat cheese
– as much nuts as you like
– and as much rucola as you wish 😉

Then one egg about 150g of creme fraiche and some parmesan on top and hop about 35 min in the oven at 200c.
