zucchini “steaks”

just before leaving for holidays i had one zucchini left and a bit of parmesan and didnt wanna see them go to waste so i looked for a recipe including those two ingredients.
I couldnt find better than this one, i had every single ingredients at home, and EXACTLY the amount of parmesan required left.

1 zucchini, grated (try to remove as much water possible by pressing  between paper towels)
90 g of parmesan, grated
1 egg
pinch of salt and pepper
1 tbp all spices
100g of breadcrumbs

mix everything together in a bowl. Form little “flat” bowls and put in a hot pan for 1 min on each side. Then put in the oven for about 10-15 min. We ate that with cottage cheese, fast and easy. Nice🙂

Avant de partir en vacances il me restait une courgette et un morceau de parmesan que je ne voulais pas jeter. J ai donc cherché une recette incorporant ces 2 ingredients. Je n aurais pas pu trouver mieux que celle ci: j avais tous les ingredients a la maison et exactement 90g de parmesan !

1 courgette rapée (eliminer un maximum l eau de la courgette en pressant entre deux essui tout)
90 g de parmesan rapé
1 oeuf
1 petite cuillère de “all spice”, épices de votre choix finalement
sel et poivre
100 g de chapelure

Mélanger le tout et presser des petites boules “plates”, mettre dans une poêle chaude une minute de chaque côté puis au four environ 10-15 min. On a mangé ca avec du cottage cheese, simple et bon🙂
